Jakarta – PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT) received the 2024 ESG Award from Republika for its commitment to ESG principles. At the event, MRAT won the Innovation for Cultural Sustainability category.
The award recognized MRAT’s efforts in integrating environmental, social sustainability, and good governance into its operations.
Deputy Minister of Communication and Information, Nezar Patria, presented this award to the director of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT), Jodi Andrea Suryokusumo in Jakarta on Thursday, September 19, 2024.
State Own Enterprise (SOE) Minister Erick Thohir and Trade Minister Zulkifli Hasan attended the awarding night. Energy Minister Bahlil Lahadalia and Communications Minister Budi Arie Setiadi were present.

Bahlil Lahadalia, in his speech, emphasized the importance of a new approach to protecting the environment and preserving cultural heritage.

MRAT also mitigates global climate change by planting mangroves to expand the area of mangrove forests in conservation areas.
