Investor Composition

On 27 July 1995, as many as 107,000,000 shares of the Company were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) (ticker symbol: MRAT). Twenty five percent of the shares (equivalent to 27,000,000 shares) were offered through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). On 2 August 2002, the Company had a stock split that divided the total shares to 428,000,000 shares, with a nominal value of Rp125/share from Rp500/share. The net proceeds of the IPO have been used in full by 2006 and reported to the shareholders in an EGMS on 7 June 2006.
