Eyang Sri Susuhunan Pakubuwono X of Keraton Surakarta Hadiningrat taught me to preserve Javanese culture and its philosophy. There is a Javanese pearl of wisdom “Kusumo rembesing madu, turning sinatryo tedak ing wong amoro topo, mustikaning ratu”, which means “It is with a noble fight through troubling times that we can create something valuable”. This is the philosophy and spirit of Mustika Ratu.
Moving forward, I wish for Mustika Ratu to always be able to adapt to the changing times and to respond to the demands of beauty and treatment industries with universally acceptable solutions, by consistently delivering culture-inspired products and services that are natural and modern.

Haryo Tedjo Baskoro
Commissioner
Haryo Tedjo Baskoro was appointed as Commissioner by the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in June 2019. His positions prior to the appointment were President Director of PT Mustika Princess Hotel (owner of Sheraton Mustika Yogyakarta Resort & Spa) and President Commissioner of PT Mustika Ratu, Tbk, which he held since 2010 and 2014 respectively. He attained his Master of Business Administration degree from University of Leicester, England, and has an extensive career portfolio in property, infrastructure, and hospitality industries.
Djoko Ramiadji

As Commissioner, Djoko Ramiadji holds concurrent positions as Vice President Commissioner of PT Mustika Princess Hotel (1992–now), President Director of PT Mustika Ratu Investama (2018–now), and President Director of PT Mustika Ratu Center, which manages Graha Mustika Ratu (since 2019). He previously served as President Commissioner of PT Mustika Ratu, Tbk from 1990 to 2001, during which he established his career as property and infrastructure entrepreneur and developer in Indonesia and overseas (since 1992). Djoko Ramiadji earned his Bachelor of Science in Engineering with distinction (Cum Laude) from San Fransisco State University, California, USA, and Master of Science in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structure Engineering, from Stanford University, California, USA
FG Winarno
Independent Commissioner
FG Winarno was appointed as Independent Commissioner of PT Mustika Ratu, Tbk on 11 June 2014. In addition, he has also been serving as Independent Commissioner of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk since 2015. He also held various strategic positions in several professional associations within the food science industry. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Universitas Indonesia in 1962, Master of Science in Food Science from University of Massachusetts, USA, in 1968, and Doctorate degree in the same field and university in 1970. In 1982, Institut Pertanian Bogor, Indonesia, awarded him with Honorary Professor title in Food Science.

President Director
Bingar Egidius Situmorang joined PT Mustika Ratu Tbk as President Director since June 2019. His arrival has strengthened Mustika Ratu in the increasingly competitive beauty industry. His capacity and track record speak for themselves, as he previously served as Head of Retail at Samsung Electronics and contributed to the growth of the brand’s market share, from the 3rd position in 2012 to the 1st in 2018. He also held numerous strategic positions that enabled him to contribute directly to the sales outcome at other renowned companies, such as Kraft Foods Group/Mondelez International and Procter & Gamble. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan, Bandung, Indonesia, in 1989, and Master’s Degree in Marketing from PPM Graduate School of Management, Jakarta, Indonesia, in 1991 as the Top 3 Student.
Jodi Andrea Suryokusumo

Jodi Andrea Suryokusumo has been serving as Director of Finance, Human Resources, and Corporation since June 2019. Previously, he held various positions in finance and accounting divisions of several companies in Australia, including Systems Accountant, Project Accountant, Finance Manager, and Finance Controller. He attained his Chartered Accountant title from Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand, whereas his Master of Corporate Governance and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Information Systems) degrees were earned from Curtin University, Perth, Australia.
Kusuma Ida Anjani
Director
Kusuma Ida Anjani was appointed as Director by the Extraordinary Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in December 2019. She has an over 10-years experience in international banking sector, having held various positions in Commonwealth Bank of Australia, National Australia Bank, and Morgan Stanley. She graduated with a double degree (Master of Business and Master of Applied Finance) from Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, and earned her Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) degree from Curtin University, Perth, Australia.
