In a collaboration between Mustika Ratu and Indonesian National Narcotics Agency (BNN), the winners of Puteri Indonesia are also crowned Anti-Drug Ambassadors—the role models of positive behaviors and healthy living without drugs for millennials and the society.

Mustika Ratu plays an active role in supporting Indonesian National Agency of Drug and Food Control (BPOM) to take action against fake or illegal cosmetics. One of the preventive measures taken is by informing the dangers of using fake or illegal cosmetics to the public.
