Wednesday, March 23, 2022 became the beginning of competency test activities for SMK PGRI 1 Kudus students. “Expertise competency test-expertise program of skin and hair beauty with eyes Spa Therapy test with Taman Sari Royal Heritage Spa industry and Mooryati Soedibyo Education & Training Institution which lasted for three days from 23 – 25 March 2022.”
With the support of competent examiners, students will be ready to work in the industry. The competency test is conducted through an assessment process. This determines whether the student is competent with the certification scheme determined by the LPPMS.
The assessment process includes both theory, interview and practice through the collection of relevant evidence. According To Principal Bambang Sugiarto, S.Pd. accompanied by Mrs. Fitri as Head of Beauty Affairs, competency tests are the first step after student learning that had been vacuum due to the pandemic.

With the hope that students can advance the beauty and spa Department in industrial-based vocational schools, the spirit of students is very large with readiness in competency tests.
The implementation of a new standardization that requires spa not only to be clean and tidy. Spa equipment, work space and tools used require it to be disinfected every day. It is not less important is a spa therapist who is ready to carry out tasks with health protocols. It is important to maintain the safety of clients and staff while performing treatments at the spa.
