Jakarta – To increase business synergy, Mustika Ratu (MRAT) cooperates with the Koperasi Digital Indonesia (KDI) for product sales services. This collaboration is carried out for mutually beneficial business development in improving the business fields of both parties.
This cooperative relationship began with the signing of the Charter of Agreement by the President Director of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT), Bingar Egidius Situmorang and the General Chair of the Koperasi Digital Indonesia, Dowira Inkiriwang Maramis at Jalan Kertajaya No. 25, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on Monday (10/05/ 21).
The Charter of Agreement has stated several points of agreement, such as opening suppliers to members of the Koperasi Digital Indonesia and becoming a reseller of Mustika Ratu products, selling Mustika Ratu products in the Koperasi Digital Indonesia marketplace and distributing them to the Koperasi Digital Indonesia stalls.
President Director of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk, Bingar Egidius Situmorang welcomed Mustika Ratu’s collaboration with the Koperasi Digital Indonesia. “We are certainly very pleased that there is an initiative to promote Indonesian local products. Through the Koperasi Digital Indonesia, people can have shops or outlets that can add to the economy even during a pandemic, therefore people have an alternative income by opening retails that can be easily reached in all corners of the country,” he said.
PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT) also continues to increase cooperation with various parties to improve business development, innovation programs and the agenda for implementing transformation. MRAT has formed a board of directors and commissioners filled with professionals from various industries including the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry.
