Jakarta – PT Mustika Ratu Tbk (MRAT) held a Mustika Ratu Health Day for employees at the Mustika Ratu Ciracas Hall on Wednes day, 20/11/2024.

Followed by almost all employees ranging from staff level to General Manager of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk which is based in Jl Raya Bogor, this annual activity was opened with a speech from Mr. Canang Wijanarko as a representative of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk.

Met on the sidelines of the event, Canang Wijanarko as GM HRD PT Mustika Ratu Tbk said “This Health Day activity is a company commitment and also employee commitment in maintaining health in the work environment. We hope every Mustika Ratu employee will be more productive and always have a growth mindset. From there we hope to make employees motivated to increase productivity so that the company can achieve its goals.

“Health talk shows have had a positive impact on employees, helping them value mental and physical health more. With this understanding, employees feel more motivated to make the best contribution not only to themselves, but also to their families, companies and the surrounding environment,” Canang added.

Mustika Ratu holds Health Day: question and Answer Session and Health Check

The event was continued with an interactie discussion session and question and answer with psychologists with the theme “Unlocking Mental and Physical for High Productivity” which presented Mrs. Meiska Yunithree Suparman, M.Psi., psychologist from Ciputra Hospital and Dhea Maghfira internship HR (UNJ psychology student) as moderator.

In her presentation, Meiska Yunithree said” good employees will certainly work wholeheartedly and they should be proud of the career they have achieved. So every employee should improve their competence, develop themselves and others, learn new things, collaborate with others, discipline in work rules, and develop effective ways of working so as to help the company achieve the desired common goals,” she said.

Employees of PT Mustika Ratu who attended the event were also given the opportunity to ask questions about the theme of the activity. One of the employees named Muhammad Najib Singgih was impressed by the holding of this activity. According to him, if this kind of activity is held regularly, it will have a positive impact, especially on the psychological health of employees.

After the question and Answer Session, the event was followed by a medical check-up session in collaboration with BPJS Kesehatan, Mandiri Inhealth and SATU Dental which included health checks including pap smears, blood sugar, uric acid, cholesterol, and dental examinations.
